Gulf Breeze Garbage and Recycling Services

2009

Effective March 1, 2008 the City of Gulf Breeze will changed its collection services and schedules for residents inside the 32561 area. Please read through the material below. If you have questions or wish to alter the type of service you receive you may email garbage@cityofgulfbreeze.com

Waste services are as follows:

• Garbage collection (in standard container) once a week (see collection days in map below left);
• Recyclable collection every other week collection of 96 gallon standard karts (see zone map below right and zone calendars);
• No change to yard waste collection (still on Wednesdays – material must be bagged, bundled or in bins – limit 5 per household).

Collection Days:

• Mondays – Garbage Collection all houses on interior of the Shoreline / Fairpoint loop (pink area in map below left)
• Tuesdays – Garbage Collection all houses on exterior of the Shoreline / Fairpoint loop and west of Hwy 98 (gray area below left)
• Wednesday – Yard waste collection throughout the City of Gulf Breeze
• Thursday – Garbage Collection all houses east of Hwy 98 (light blue area below left)
• Friday – Recycling collection on alternate weeks Blue Zone then Gray Zone (are you Blue zone or Gray zone? See Below Right)

These route timings do not affect condominium collection nor on commercial collection routes.
